The key advantages are that it can be removed without residual glue, it can be torn for 7 days at room temperature, and there is no need for secondary cleaning when the module is repaired and the battery cell is replaced, which greatly improves the production and after-sales efficiency. The thickness of the base material is mostly 80-120μm, which has both flexibility and mechanical strength, and can closely fit the curved surface of the battery cell, L-shaped narrow edge and complex structure of the module, without springback or hollowing after fitting. At the same time, it has excellent puncture resistance and wear resistance, which can effectively resist friction, collision and sharp scratches during battery cell handling and module assembly, protect the battery cell shell from physical damage, and avoid the risk of liquid leakage and short circuit caused by shell damage.
