I. Chemical stability of electrolyte resistance (core characteristics)

Special modified acrylic/silicon pressure-sensitive adhesive, soaked in lithium electro-organic electrolyte (carbonate+lithium salt) at 80℃/72h, does not swell, degum or whiten, and the adhesion retention rate is ≥ 85%;

The base material PET/PI/PP is resistant to electrolyte corrosion and is not corroded by strong alkali or organic solvent, so as to prevent the electrolyte of the battery cell from being polluted by gel chromatography and the internal resistance of the battery cell from rising due to gas expansion;

The extremely low water absorption rate is less than 0.1%, and the trace leakage will not penetrate and corrode the tab, copper and aluminum foil, so it is suitable for soft package/square/cylindrical battery cells to inject liquid and complete the process.

Second, the electrical insulation safety characteristics

High insulation: insulation resistance ≥ 10Ω, breakdown voltage 6 ~ 12kV/mm, isolate anode and cathode, battery cell and casing, and prevent short-circuit leakage;

Most of them come standard with UL94 V-0 flame retardant, which can prevent the flame from spreading at the initial stage when the thermal energy storage is out of control, and adapt to the safety specifications of large-capacity energy storage modules;

It is resistant to high and low temperature breakdown, and the insulation does not decay in the charging and discharging temperature change environment at-40℃ ~ 130℃, which is suitable for the temperature difference between day and night in energy storage power stations.

Third, the characteristics of bonding and mechanical use

Quick initial adhesion and long adhesion: quick adhesion at room temperature, no edge warping and glue opening at 60℃ for a long time, and no battery cell displacement when the energy storage module vibrates for a long time (10 ~ 50 Hz);

The base material is flexible, compliant, rebound-resistant, puncture-resistant, suitable for arc and corner coating of the distribution core, thin (23 ~ 60μ m) and lightweight, which improves the energy density of the battery;

Tear off no residual glue: the repaired and disassembled adhesive tape does not leave glue stains, does not pollute aluminum-plastic film and tab copper foil, and reduces the cost of defective repair.

4. Wide-range temperature-resistant adaptive energy storage conditions

PET model: long-term-35 ~ 120℃, suitable for conventional energy storage PACK, battery cell termination dressing;

PI polyimide: short-term high temperature resistance of 200 ~ 300℃, suitable for thermal insulation protection of ultrasonic welding and laser welding, and resistant to instantaneous high temperature impact;

Perfectly match the charging and discharging temperature rise of energy storage battery and the outdoor temperature difference between day and night.
